The Ampersand is an extensive office renovation with a primary focus on the communal areas of the large office complex. This includes the Plus 15 amenities and the central atrium that connects the towers with the exterior plaza. The renovation aims to enhance the sense of community within the complex by creating spaces that bring tenants together.
